By accessing or using the NSS Solar Philippines website (the "Site") or purchasing any of our products and services, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

NSS Solar Philippines ("NSS Solar," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material (spam).
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, server, or database connected to the Site.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

NSS Solar Philippines offers a range of solar energy products including solar panels, solar inverters, energy storage systems, portable power stations, solar lighting, and mounting systems. All product descriptions, specifications, and images on the Site are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or product unavailability.

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only upon dispatch of the ordered products or written confirmation from NSS Solar. For OEM/ODM inquiries, separate agreements and terms may apply.

All prices listed on the Site are in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes. NSS Solar reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time of order placement.

We accept payment via methods specified at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order.

In the event of a pricing error on our Site, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.

NSS Solar Philippines currently serves customers within the Philippines. Shipping timelines and fees vary depending on product type, order size, and delivery location. Estimated delivery times provided are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, logistics delays, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from NSS Solar pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. NSS Solar is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by the carrier after dispatch.

For large-scale commercial or OEM/ODM orders, shipping terms will be agreed upon separately and documented in the applicable purchase agreement.

NSS Solar products are backed by a limited manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage, duration, and terms vary by product category and are detailed in the product documentation included with your purchase.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from the description. Items must be returned in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at nsssolar@163.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of NSS Solar Philippines or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without prior written consent from NSS Solar Philippines, except for personal, non-commercial use only.

The NSS Solar name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of NSS Solar Philippines. You must not use such marks without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NSS Solar Philippines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid to NSS Solar for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Site or purchase our products.

By using our Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
